Here is what 1/2 cow looks like

We are so blessed to have like minded friends.  We have close friends who raise some grass-fed, antibiotic free cows each year mainly for their own consumption.  They have kindly offered to raise some extras to provide for a few friends.  So this time we purchased a half cow.  This is what 250 pound of beef looks like in a freezer!
