I was really worried when I first saw it that he would be very upset about his long hair being gone. And he didn't look happy. But he is making the best of it and looking at the positive side. (Which is rare for him as he tends to be a pessimist.) He said he thought he would be cooler and it wouldn't hurt so much to comb his hair. He wouldn't let me take his pic so this is the only one I have. It looks nice, but really different.

Haircuts
I took the boys for haircuts. They had 2 different ladies doing them on totally opposite sides of the building. I told the lady doing Noah's that he likes it long but it's gotten too messy and dad wanted it cleaned up a bit. Then I walked with Eli to stay with him, b/c I knew he would struggle with being still, etc. Well, this is the haircut Noah got.

Student of the Week!
Spider!!!!!
The kids found this spider at our house. She/he had built quite an extensive web. Luckily it would be practically impossible for the kids to reach it due the 4 feet wide azaleas that we have! The web is just amazing and the spider is so colorful. We took these pics Wednesdays and last night (Friday) the spider was still there! I'm estimating that it is about 6-7 inches from leg to leg long!
